We wish to reiterate that a bill of lading amendment fee of USD 25.00 per b/l will be applied for all amendments requested after the documents have been issued to you.

This amendment fee has always applied however we have not been as stringent on implementing it in the past. Due to the high number of amendments being requested of late, we are now forced to apply this fee on every amendment.

The reason behind this amendment fee is due to the additional work that is required to not only change your b/l but ensure all necessary parties are notified of the change as well.

Not only do we need to send the amended b/l to you, but we also need to amend our manifest along with the shipping line bill of lading and this is at a cost to us. Our agents also need to be sent notification of the changes as well.
