Shanghai
The Cap Manuel 206 has departed Shanghai and is en-route to Yantian and Hong Kong. 

The vessel operator's aim is for the Cap Manuel to depart Hong Kong on Saturday 18th - two days behind schedule however they are hopeful of being back on schedule for arrival Brisbane on the 26th.
 
Southern China shipments
Please expect possible delays for shipments from Southern China and shipments connecting in Hong Kong due to Tropical Storm Kai Tak.
 
In Hong Kong, the Typhoon Standby Signal 1 is in force. Tropical Storm Kai Tak is about 450 kilometres southeast of Hong Kong and is forecast to move northwest towards the coast of western Guangdong. Container terminals are ceasing release of empty containers at 1400 hours however will continue to receive laden containers until further notice.
 
In Shenzhen, the Typhoon Standby Signal 2 is in force. Yantian terminal will cease release of empty containers at 1000 hours and receival of laden containers at 1400 hours.
