Update on new groupage facility
Further to our earlier notification in regards to our operational move for Import and Export FAKs to a new centralised CODA facility in Onehunga, we would like to bring you up to speed with some additional information for your reference. As previously advised, the new site is situated at 345B Neilson Street, Onehunga, Auckland.
For the reference of Customs Brokers, the CCA Code is 12296D & ATF Code is 27014. We have been showing this detail on our Import Notifications over the last couple of weeks.
Standard hours of operation will be as follows:
FAK Devans / Administration Operating Hours Monday to Friday 0600 – 1700
Front Desk Operating Hours Monday to Friday 0600 – 1700*
R&D Operating Hours Monday to Friday 0600 – 1700*
*Note last driver will be served at 4.30pm, for loading before 5.00pm.
Our Import & Export Operations Teams will advise of the nominated Unpack & Pack Depot on a shipment by shipment basis throughout the transition period as usual. Furthermore, fo any users of the Tappers website as a reference point - www.tapper.co.nz – all functionality will remain intact. The two sites will be able to be differentiated for pick up purposes in the ‘Warehouse’ column on the Freight Finder and Freight Station Screens as below:
CI = New CODA Site – 345B Neilson Street, Onehunga
TI = Existing Tapper Site – 373A Neilson Street, Onehunga

As current, carriers will need to go through a Site Induction process for Health & Safety purposes. Any carriers that have already completed a Site Induction for Tappers’ existing site (373A Neilson Street) and have a valid certificate, will be approved for the new site. When they visit the new site for the first time, they will receive a pamphlet detailing the Induction & Site Rules for the new facility. If carrier has not completed an induction, this can be done online - www.tapper.co.nz – select Health & Safety Online Education.
